Hey there! I'm Sarah Marie 👋

The short version? I help musicians turn Instagram from their biggest headache into their biggest asset – so you can get back to doing what you actually love: making music.

My Story

I get it. You're a musician, not a social media manager. You know Instagram is important for growing your audience and building your music business, but every time you open the app, you're hit with that overwhelming feeling of "What should I post? When should I post? How do I get people to actually see my music without making social media my full-time job?"

Trust me, I've been there. As someone who's been in the music world for years (shoutout to my Liberty University Music & Worship and Business degrees!), I watched so many talented friends – my husband included – get completely stumped by Instagram. We all knew we needed to be online, but the whole thing felt so intimidating and time-consuming.

That's what sparked Amplify Social Strategies. After spending the last four years diving deep into online marketing – from copywriting to social media growth, website building, email marketing, and audience development – I realized there was a huge gap. Musicians needed Instagram strategies that actually made sense for how their brains work and fit into their already packed schedules.

What Makes Me Different

Here's the thing – I'm not going to give you some cookie-cutter social media advice that works for lifestyle bloggers. I understand how musicians think because I am one. I've spent years leading worship in churches and working with musicians and know firsthand how creative minds work and what actually sticks.

That's why I created my approach around text notifications and bite-sized, doable steps. Because let's be honest – if you sign up for another email challenge that gets buried in your inbox, you're probably going to forget about it. But when the info you need is right there on your phone with clear, simple action steps? That's when real change happens.

I especially love working with Christian artists and musicians. My faith is a huge part of who I am, and I understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with sharing your music in that space.

When I'm not helping musicians conquer Instagram, you'll find me exploring the beautiful mountains of Virginia with my little kids, traveling to new cities, or serving in our church community. There's something about the Appalachian landscape that just feeds the soul, and we try to get out and explore as much as possible.
